  • FREE Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $100 (before tax)

Orders are processed within our current turnaround time, which is listed on our website and updated regularly. Please note:

  • Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Orders placed after business hours will begin processing the next business day.

  • During high-volume seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Method

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and your location. Please note that once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by the carrier. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
